LoyalFree and Solomon unite to launch Vicinity - the future of integrated place management technology.

What will come from the merger of place data and place promotion?

LoyalFree Ltd and Solomon Trading Ltd are thrilled to announce their merger, forming a new brand that will trade under the name "Vicinity," and serve over 100 places across the UK and North America.

The combined business will offer comprehensive set of solutions designed to help place makers manage their data, capture their value, promote their places, build loyal communities and engage stakeholders.

The companies already share many customers including Business Improvement Districts, Councils, and property managers.

Henry Jinman, CEO of Vicinity says -

One of those places set to benefit is Royal Leamington Spa. Stephanie Kerr, Executive Director of BID Leamington commented -
