Yoello, an FCA authorised Fintech, are partnering with UK BIDs, local authorities and districts to roll out a hospitality and retail ‘recovery plan’ which aims to keep customers safe and help businesses thrive as they reopen post-lockdown.

Through Yoello’s recovery plan for partners, BIDs are set up with a custom branded mobile ordering solution which can be offered to businesses within their district. This solution enables businesses to safely and efficiently reopen to the local community


How can the platform be used in your district?

BIDs, local authorities and city management can use the platform to build custom branded communal areas for your businesses to safely sell to the community.

When a communal area is set up, each table will have your custom branded plaque attached.

Customers can scan the plaque without downloading any apps, they can then view your businesses and purchase products or services which are delivered to the table.

You can assign and manage multiple areas and add as many businesses to it.

Using the platform, you can create areas catered by as little as two neighbouring businesses, or as large as having hundreds of businesses:

FOR Cardiff are working with Yoello and local authorities to build a 500 table communal space in Cardiff Castle served by businesses nearby. This will allow customers to enjoy their favourite local food and drinks in a safe but sociable environment.


Yoello can also be used inside your businesses venues

Each table within a businesses' venue can be fitted with a bespoke plaque that enables customers to access their menu, browse, order to the table and pay - without the need to download an app.

By utilising table ordering in-venue, businesses can promote themselves as Covid Secure.
