BID Endorsement: Yes
ParkingPerx is the loyalty solution, backed by Jenny Campbell from BBC Dragons' Den, that rewards consumer spending on the High Street with FREE parking – removing one of the biggest barriers to trade for town centre businesses.
With over 40 national brands where Perx can be earned, including big names such as M&S, Costa, SportsDirect, Superdry, Primark, Clarks, Waterstones, H Samuel, Gap, New Look and more we have an anchor point in ANY town centre and work with the BID to add as many local independent Merchants as possible.
ParkingPerx answers the call from local businesses to offer free parking but LINKS THIS DIRECTLY TO SPENDING. What’s more, it actually delivers an UPLIFT on in store spending – in the first 2 months of our first live deployment we have seen an average increase of 19% on in store spending by ParkingPerx users.
ParkingPerx is simple to deploy. Our proprietary Mastercard approved contactless ParkingPerx Debit Card allows users to pay for parking using their Perx in ANY car park which accepts Card payments. There is NO NEED for back office integration and Car Park Operators can be up and running WITHIN ONE DAY.
We are now working in collaboration with RingGo, the UK’s LARGEST cashless parking provider (over 450 town centre locations and 18 million users!). You can use your Perx to pay for parking now using the RingGo App.
Smart Cities Insight and Analysis ParkingPerx maps the consumer journey linking travel and parking data with activity on the High Street. This GDPR compliant data allows you to understand how your location is used and by who, when and where they come from, where they park and which Merchants they are engaging with which tells you WHY they are there. This allows you to learn about private car users, repurpose your high street and shape the future of your town centre.
Delivering on the Green Agenda With ParkingPerx and our sister application TravelPerx, you can deploy a strategy that will deliver on your carbon footprint reduction agenda. The redemption of ParkingPerx can limited to edge of town / out of town parking, and with TravelPerx we can incentivise public transport usage, park and ride or park active initiatives. Perx can be used to redeem against public transport, e-bike / e-carriage hire, and e-vehicle recharging fees. What’s more, by learning about a town’s private car users and journeys, we can incentivise a modal shift onto public transport for at least some of those journeys and measurably reduce a location’s carbon footprint.
It’s a solution that benefits ALL location stakeholders:
