Here we are at the end of 2020, and what a memorable yet challenging year it has been for us all. Despite the challenges we have been presented with, we must remember the strength and resilience that we all have shown in order to adapt.
BIDs up and down the British Isles have worked tirelessly throughout the multiple lockdowns and tier changes to support their places and keep our towns and cities alive for when people are able to come back and visit. Not to mention the 13 BIDs that have, for the first time ever, had a successful ballot during a global pandemic. This shows how important BIDs are and that businesses want and need the support from them in order to continue trading throughout these uncertain times. A lot of these BIDs have not only got through their ballot successfully but achieved a higher turnout than ever before.

Congratulations to all of these BIDs and thank you to all BIDs that have continued to be a huge support for businesses and other BIDs in the industry who we work so closely with.
Let’s not remember this year just for Covid-19, lockdowns, restrictions and everything else it has brought upon us, but for how we have all pulled together and supported one another.
