The Certificate in BID Management

What is the course?

  • A short course aimed at both BID and non-BID personnel.
  • A part-time course through a combination of distance learning and on-site training days.
  • A qualification which covers all aspects of working within a BID environment:
    • Principles of BIDs
    • BID regulations and policy
    • Governance and levy rules
    • Operational management of BIDs

Why should I do the course?

As the BID industry grows and matures, quality is increasingly paramount to voters. This qualification reassures voters that staff are in place with the appropriate skillset and can be considered industry leaders. The course provides an opportunity to network with peers in the industry and cover all facets of the BID environment. The Certificate in BID Management is the industry’s only formal qualification and since its launch in 2013 has fast established a record of assisting in graduate’s career development.
