‘How can collaboration deliver the Litter Strategy’
We’re delighted to invite you to ‘How can collaboration deliver the Litter Strategy’ in the Jubilee Room at the House of Commons on Monday 11th December running from 15.00 until 17.00. The event will showcase how organisations from across a wide range of sectors are joining together to turn the ambitions of the government’s Litter Strategy into reality. This will involve a range of speakers from across business and the public sector, including BIDs.
The event is being hosted by the environmental charity Hubbub and we are pleased to be official supporters.
Hubbub’s Neat Streets campaign reduced litter in one of the busiest streets in London by 26%, reaching over 8.5 million people in the media. Since then, the approach has been rolled out nationally and internationally, winning 7 prestigious awards in just two years. Hubbub has also launched the world’s first voting ashtray and Plastic Fishing.
We hope that the event will provide inspiration and highlight the steps that need to be taken to create wider impact on reducing litter. The formal event invitation is attached. RSVP to email@example.com . Please note spaces are limited.
